Great Big Food Show

To promote brand awareness across the country, the Food Network marketing team took the network on the road. The inaugural tour included Philadelphia and Cleveland. The Network held center stage with a huge globotron, 30-foot circular signing stage and ramp, custom carpet, info kiosks, and a 60-foot backdrop, the network was definitely the main attraction. We supported the environment with graphic standards for our partners, and a press kit. Audience participation and interaction was very upbeat, with many commenting that it was the best show that they’d been to.

Breast Cancer Awareness Exhibit

High-end shoe company, Stuart Weitzman, teamed up with Food Network for a celebrity auction to raise money and awareness for breast cancer. Our team transformed a storage room at the headquarters into a gallery space, complete with pedestals, labels, and wall text. We used cancer-awareness pink and Weitzman grey. throughout I supervised vendors on the production and installation. The space, and the auction, was a resounding success.

Next FN Star party

The Next Food Network Star primetime show was an overwhelming hit in its first season. To commemorate the finale of the second season, we threw a big party in celebrity chef Bobby Flay’s restaurant, Bar Americain. We transformed the large space from a sit-down restaurant into a festive, friendly environment with areas for dancing, noshing, and lounging. We created a drop ceiling with a thousand metallic stars on strings; draped the 7-foot mirrors with sheer fabric printed with stars; covered large LED screens with cling film printed with star pattern; and scattered metallic stars on tables throughout the restaurant. Everyone in attendance gave the party 5 stars.
